Returns and refunds

Your return window

You have 15 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Write to [contact email: to confirm] with your order number and the reason, and we will send you the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Pieces must come back undamaged and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we reprint and ship a replacement. There is nothing to send back.

Cancellations

You can cancel free until the order enters production, usually within one business day.

Commissions

A commissioned drawing is made for you. Once you approve the proof, the drawing itself cannot be refunded; the printed piece follows the return window above.
